She is very knowledgeable of the area and was extremely helpful in sharing her wisdom about lake home living and considerations which was really important for people who have never lived on the lake. ZillowVERIFIED Keri is a wonderful person, attentive to our need and wants. Keri was on top of everything and there was never a delay an anything. Even having to work with the sellers agent (which was a newer agent), Keri took the lead to make sure everything was taken care of on both sides.

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was never pushy or made us feel rushed in any form. She was very patient as a certain medical condition of mine ended up delaying our Home Searching for 2 years. Keri stuck with us and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. I would most definitely recommend her for anyone seeking relocation to Lake of The Ozarks.

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was referred to us in Illinois by a family friend realtor. We have been searching for our family vacation lake home for few years. Keri was very knowledgeable with the lake, the area and in answering all of our questions. We closed on our first lakehome just last week, and are excited to get down to Missouri this summer and enjoy the time on the water. We will definitely use Keri again when we eventually retire and upgrade to another.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Keri NUMEROUS times and she is AMAZING! I met Keri through a friend 3 years ago when we decided it was time to purchase something on the Lake of the Ozarks. Within days she had us a condo that we loved in the perfect location. She worked with us through the financing process, which was a deal. We live full time in Iowa and had some hiccups along the way but she was there every step of the way. fast forward 3 years, we decided it was time to sell the condo and get a house, we listed with Keri the condo was sold with in 24 hours! And we found our dream house. I will always refer all friend and family to Keri, she goes above and beyond for her clients every time!

ZillowVERIFIED Keri did an amazing job for us! We have sold many properties in the past, and not a one of them did the media marketing that Keri clearly excelled at! The videos that she created were outstanding, and she continued to post various versions throughout the selling process. She was responsive to share comments after each showing and was always readily available via text. If you want the best, hire Keri!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cant say enough about Keris stick-to-itiveness with us. She had already found two of our kids their very own dream homes at the lake but we may have been her biggest challenge! Being a Realtor myself in Calif I'm very picky and have high exceptions. Finding a place for us took over 6 months with Keri running to every newly listed property and FaceTiming me, even doing a smell test for us! ?? She found us a perfect property right on the waters edge. We couldnt have asked for a better agent! Shes extremely hard working and determined to find you just the right thing!

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was phenomenal! We started looking for lots to build on and she was able to help educate us on the different zoning aspects since we were making a move full time to the lake. We eventually ruled that out and focused on villas or single family homes. Keri was very responsive and provided excellent tips to negotiate our purchase in this hot market. We are thrilled she made our dream come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home halfway across the country is a stressful experience (to put it mildly). There are so many unknowns and variables that come into play. Having said that, working with Keri to purchase our new home was the best decision we made. She made a normally hectic and stressful experience and made it extraordinarily easy for us. Keri took care of EVERYTHING which gave my family peace of mind we weren't expecting.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Keri from a family member, and we found Keri to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area and services. Keri has a very laid back attitude and lets you make up your mind when you are viewing a property. She was not pushy, or trying to "sell" the property to us. Closing on 07/13/2020 was very easy, and painless. We already referred our nephew to Keri, he closes on his house August 7th. Call Keri for great service with no pressure. Thanks again!!
