ZillowVERIFIEDKeri was amazing and on top of things from start to finish, which was such a blessing since we're first time home buyers. We had a lot of "must haves" on our list, and on a strict schedule, she made it all happen! Thank you for your hard work! We are so happy with our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was wonderful to work with. My husband and I moved from Germany to the Clarksville area, and Keri was extremely accommodating and worked around any time constraints we had due to different time zones. She always answered my texts and calls promptly, and helped make this process extremely smooth. This was our first time buying a home and I'm extremely grateful that we had Keri to assist us during this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was spot on about what price to sell our house for. She was amazing when it came time to show it, alerting us with plenty of time to round up kids and clean. Keri made recommendations that would help sell the house and made it competitive with new houses. Knowledgeable, expert advice, strong negotiating skills.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I thought that buying a home was not going to be something we could achieve within 5 years and we reached out to Keri to see what we had to do to start the process and literally within 2 months had a contract on our home that we have now been almost 2 years in. We honestly can not thank her enough for the knowledge she gave us and the work she put in to make our dream of home ownership a realty at our age and with our small family. We will forever be grateful ??

ZillowVERIFIED Keri is a dynamo. She works nonstop to find you the house and the location that you want while respecting your budget. She acts upon your request while simultaneously provides realistic expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, she was supportive along the process. She genuinely cares about her clients' needs. The amazing thing about Keri is she was able to help us locate our retirement home while we were in Texas. She made sure we were dealt with honestly and respectfully with the lender and seller. She went above and beyond making sure we had virtual tours of the home and followed up with any issues on our behalf until we arrived in Tennessee and step in directly. I can't express enough about her dedication and honesty.

ZillowVERIFIED Keri is amazing. I love her to pieces. She didn't force anything on me I told her what I was looking for and she just knew what to show me. She's knows her stuff. She was so patient and sweet, she also taught me a lot as a first time buyer. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Keri Gilles to all my friends and family!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was a super awesome from the beginning to the end. My home buying process did not go as smooth as I would have liked , which had nothing to do with Keri. My seller was overseas and it was a nightmare just trying to get to the closing table, but Keri really worked hard to get me there and after 3 different closing dates, I finally got there. Lol.. All because of her hard work and perseverance. She was patient, she answered all my calls, responded to texts, and was just an overall great realtor. I would highly recommend her for all your realty needs. She will not disappoint!!

ZillowVERIFIED Keri was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help us find a home as well as ensuring that we got settled after the closing. We truly got to see all the hard work that goes into the purchase of a new home. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Keri is absolutely amazing. This is the third home my husband and I have purchased and never have we had a realtor that went to the extent that Keri did. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only did she go on endless adventures to look at houses for us (still sorry lol), she never complained and was determined to find us "the" house for us. She didn't stop there though, she went to bat for us to get us all the things we wanted, and when we closed and had to move in, my spouse who is military was not able to be there, Her and her family actually helped me MOVE IN!!! Y'all tell me a realtor that will help you move in! I will wait. Keri is the best realtor in Clarksville. She knows and values work ethic, and she earns every damn cent in her commissions.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had one goal, to find a house with as much land as possible. Keri drove around the world and back for us to find this perfect "farmhouse". She was my realtor now she's became a friend. I highly recommend Keri.
