Hi I'm Keona! I'm an IPS (investment property specialist) agent who specializes in the investor niche of real estate. As an investor agent I am here to help investors buy, sell, and exchange their investment properties and reach their investing goals. I am more of a proactive agent meaning that I send my investor clients deals and opportunities, to match their goals, rather than waiting for them to reach out to me. Being an investor and working a full time job can be stressful, so I do most of the leg work of finding deals and analyzing them before I send them out to my clients.
