ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I sold a property on the east coast and wanted to do a 1031 exchange for something out here in the gorge. We got in touch with Kenzie through the Zillow app. She was incredibly helpful and informative. The property was really hard to access in the winter time, but she immediately wanted to meet us so we could try and see it and drove us close to the property in a snow storm. She even offered to cross country ski with us to look at it. When it came to the actual purchase, she was very helpful with the 1031 process (we had never done one before), getting in touch with our agent and the 1031 people without us asking. Anyone can find MLS listings, but Kenzie was familiar with commutes, neighborhoods and local flavor, and was able to find the perfect home for us. She understood the market and helped us make an acceptable offer in our best interest. Most importantly, she was incredibly engaged in the process, and when we had issues with scheduling of the appraisal and delays in closing, she was an expert in helping to move things along.
