I met Kenya about 3 years ago. Since meeting her she has sold 1 of my homes, within 1 month, helped me through purchasing a new built and now helped me purchased another home. She is always helpful and very knowledgeable of the processes. She is highly respected in her industry and her dedication, knowledge of the processes, and integrity demonstrates to me why. She is caring and every purchase gave me the level of committment, and attention she would for a family member. I appreciate her professionalism and highly recommend her. I have already recommended her to my friends and family. She is my realtor and friend for life.

Working with Kenya has been the best experience ever when buying my first home, for starters my girl had covid still remotely checking in on me to make sure her substitute was meeting my needs when she felt better we went to see the house Im currently in she made sure the inspector was hitting everything she made sure the loan officer was responding to all of my emails. She kept me calm throughout the whole process even when I wanted to give up. I have been in my home since February and til this day Kenya has been amazing. I just lost my Grandmother and on my worst grieving day I got a package in the mail from Kenya not her company from her personally letting me know shes here if I need her. She will forever be family and will always have a gift for Christmas under my tree. She is beyond a five star agent.

Kenya is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding your next home. She was also very helpful in selling our property as well. We listed the house on a Saturday and it was sold by Monday. On the flip side, with the crazy housing market, she spent every weekend with us looking for our perfect home until it was found. She showed us homes of varying ranges to get a feel for what style of home we were looking for within our budget. She even helped us pack when we needed the help!

Kenya is a very knowledgeable, experienced and committed Realtor. I appreciate her professionalism with selling my home. She sold it for more than she promised, and sold it in 2 days. Using her again to purchase my new home.

She is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate business. She has excellent negotiation skills and will ensure that you receive the best possible deal on your new home. She also has established professional relationships with some of the best housing inspectors and lenders that make buying a home a stress-free process. I would highly recommend Kenya Hill for all of your housing needs.
