Buying a home sight unseen from Alaska felt like a huge leap, but Miranda and Tyler made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took such great care of us from start to finish. Their communication was excellent--they responded quickly to every question or concern we had and always made us feel supported and informed. As Kentucky homebuyers coming from Illinois we were so pleased with the whole buying process with the Kentucky Home Team. We weren't sure how it would work buying a home in another state but after visiting them in their office and talking with them about what we were looking for, they went to work for us. Miranda and Tyler's communication and updates were excellent. Tyler was very knowledgeable and he was a great resource when we were looking at homes. They did a great job arranging all the necessary appointments and once we found our home, they were great negotiators on our behalf. After we moved in, they were very helpful with references for work we wanted done. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience! They were kind, considerate, and professional and I would highly recommend the Kentucky Home Team!
