He was very complimentary of the care we had taken of our 20-year-old home that we absolutely loved and in which we had raised our four children. The home went on the market on a Saturday, there was a showing that day and the very next Monday and the family that saw it on Monday made an offer a little over a week later! His familiarity with neighborhoods in and around the Austin area was exceptional. He helped us find the best community and home for us. Recently we decided we wanted to move a bit further out of town and find a property with some land. Kent proved to be an asset throughout the sell and buy. We negotiated a strong deal on the purchase. He was exceptionally helpful in the sale of our home. He knew just where to invest and what to not worry about. We sold the first weekend on the market for over asking in a tough market. A few other homes on our street and many in our neighborhood were listed for months, and many of them have still not sold.
