ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Kent Gabrielsen to sell our house because of friends recommendations who he helped sell their houses. We entered the relationship with high expectations, and after the sale of our house we can say that he met those expectations and even exceeded them. We would highly recommend Kent, and when needed we will definitely go back to him for return business. We knew the date of our move months in advance, and so not only did we want top dollar for the sale of our house, but we also wanted to time the sale to be within a certain window. In our first meeting with Kent where he visited the house, his experience showed. He was able to identify what were the most attractive items about our house to capitalize on, pointed out areas that we could consider changing in order to not attract negative attention, and described to us the type of buyer who would be most interested in buying. After analyzing the market, we met again to discuss selling price, and he knew what listing price to publish, knowing the price point of the probable type of buyer. He also told us what date to put the house on the market, considering the window of dates that we gave him. Surprisingly, he found a buyer who offered full asking price, and we closed 2 days after the exact date of our move. Throughout the whole process, from the first meeting until the closing, Kent acted professionally, kept us informed of the progress, and acted with integrity and experience. Looking back at the whole process, things worked out exactly as Kent told us they would. The bottom line is that Kent got us the exact results we asked of him.
