I took the house off the market in the midst of a sale due to the fact that there was a lot of questionable things going on with the realtor. After that, I received several phone calls from different realtors and Kent was one of them. I decided to go with Kent due to his presentation and knowledge of buying and selling homes. Kent was able to take over everything rather quickly and within 3 weeks after meeting he put my house in the market on April 3rd. My house was sold and closed on April 27th.
