Kent Blake

Kent is a Columbia, Maryland native, licensed in both Maryland and Washington, DC. He's an expert in the Route 29 corridor from Baltimore County down into Washington, DC's Gold Coast and 16th Street.

Kent has completed GRI, ABR designation, he has completed training from the Appraisal Institute, holds a BA in psychology from Morehouse College, and is a candidate to complete a BS in cyber security from UMUC.

Blake is interested in expanding his investment experience into the luxury market to meet the needs of clients he has been working with looking for next-level properties. He works as both a buyers and sellers agent.
