The last 2 listings were sold into a buyers market (Ashland, 2022) but I think the value I got was above-average. What do I mean? Well, it's not all about price..that's what buyers pay, but value is what sellers get. And Kenny delivers value all-around. My houses were prepared properly for the listing process, he kept informed of comparable sales so that I was prepared when offers were submitted and he definitely knew how to finesse counter-offers such that initial bids were raised to a satisfactory level. Once we were in contract, Kenny kept me informed of buyer concerns - he wasn't all about just closing the deal for me, rather he ensured that both parties were treated fairly since I made it clear to him that karma is important, i.e. you want to treat the counter-party with respect because one day it could be you across the table!
