ZillowVERIFIED Kenny and his team did an amazing job! He helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home, made the process smooth, and went above and beyond to keep the process stress free. He was easy to get a hold of and super friendly! Any house we wanted to see he helped us see, helped us make the winning offer on the house we loved that had two other offers, and made sure closing and moving went smoothly!

ZillowVERIFIED Kenny is a 1st class individual. I work in the construction industry and look at things very differently when it comes to purchasing a home. Kenny was able to answer all of my questions and if he couldn't he was quick to find out the answers. I highly recommend Kenny for any real estate purchase no matter what size. He was able to work into our schedule, meeting us @ night or on the weekends or whenever we needed his assistance. I highly doubt you will find a more professional or personable realtor in the entire middle Tennessee area.

ZillowVERIFIED We've sold 3 properties in the last 3 months with Kenny. He's been helpful, responsive and very patient with us through this process. He's very motivated and his communication with us was excellent. If we had questions he either answered those questions or found the answer for us. We thought about selling the property ourselves but in hindsight, I'm glad we hired Kenny, he was worth every penny we paid him. His advertisements for the property were professional and the pictures of the property were very well done, better than we could have done ourselves. He described the property to help open the door for buyers to think about different ways the property could be used. He used local social media accounts to advertise the property and generate interest. Overall, in our opinion, he's the best! Use him you won't regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Kenny was proactive from the beginning. I was told I was approved and good to go find a home. That is when I met Kenny and after he found a home for me he put in a contract. To make a long story short the loan wasn't approved and it put the sellers, Kenny and myself in a bad position. (this lender I found on my own before I met Kenny and he did not recommend this guy). So even after a disapproval Kenny charged on and introduced me to his finance guy who did an outstanding job but it was my credit that was bad. After all this time and effort that Kenny put in with no contract and no pay he continued to help me find a rental and to get me out of the hotel I was living in for 6 months. I now have a clean and safe rental property and when my credit gets better I'm of course going to use the best real estate agent that I came across( I've owned 3 homes in the past when my credit was good so I dealt with many agents). So I recommend Kenny if any one is looking for home. he is an exceptional agent and person! May God him and his family

ZillowVERIFIED We are fortunate to have had Kenny as our realtor. Our experience included many aEURoeunusualaEUR? events and Kenny helped us through each step in the process. He is a good listener and a genuine good person. He was always honest with us and provided sound advice when it came to negotiations. He is extremely knowledgeable with the area and indulged us looking at a dream house located over an hour away. The bottom-line is we moved into out ideal house at the price point that worked for our long-term goals. You will not be disappointed having Kenny on your side.
