Due to his knowledge of the area and the current market he was able to determine a fair market value for our home and was able to sell our home for more than we had purchased it for. We were expecting to lose money on the house since we had only lived in it for one year, but Kenny and his team were able to sell our home in less than a week. ZillowVERIFIED The experience we had with Kenny Parcell was negative. He worked underhandedly with a friend to sell us a home that his friend had recently purchased at auction. When we were unable to get financing on the home (due to the recent lower purchase price), he forfeited our earnest money to his friend. Only after a strongly worded letter from our new agent did he return our earnest money. Overall, I consider his shady business tactics a contributor to the 2007 bubble.
