ZillowVERIFIEDKenny did a fantastic job helping my mom buy a home. He was caring, listened to our concerns, and very responsive and timely answering all our questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. We are so grateful Zillow connected us with him, and it was a great experience all around!! Many thanks, Kenny!!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Kenny. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but he made the whole process so much easier. He was always quick to respond, patient with all of our questions, and genuinely had our best interests in mind every step of the way. He fought hard for us during negotiations and helped us get an incredible deal on a house we absolutely love. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his clients and knows how to get results, I can't recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found the Marinos!! It was such a pleasure to work with them. They are such genuine, kind people and also very knowledgeable. They know this area very well! If they didnt have an immediate answer to a question, they would make sure and find the answer and were quick with their response. Great communication! They made the buying process (from another state, I might add!) so stress free and easy! Being a military family, on a short notice timeline can be stressful but Karen and Kenny were there every step of the way. We would (and will) definitely work with them again! - The Wheelers

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Kenny when we moved to Memphis. As our realtor, Kenny helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. As our agent, he was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first seeing even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. Kenny was very patient and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers for overpriced homes. He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it easy to move into in less than 3 months. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Kenny was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Its like having a friend on the aEURoeinsideaEUR? that is working for you. He really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood he/she live in. We would recommend Kenny to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Kenny was extremely helpful to my family and I as we looked at three houses in the Collierville area and eventually decided on one. I'm very excited to get to work on it, and I can't thank both Kenny and Karen for their help. Kenny especially helped me learn a lot of the important things I should be looking for as a first-time homebuyer, and I appreciate his patience with me. Thank you very much, Kenny and Karen!

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly and pleasant to be around. Very knowledgeable of the market in the are and makes the process easy. When it came to getting the house ready to sell with pictures and all, they were not anxious or forceful about anything. It made us not feel so pressured or anxious about the process. This is second time we have worked with Kenny and Karen. There is nobody else in Memphis we will work with to sell or buy. She has made all of it so easy and enjoyable throughout the process. She is responsive and will help with whatever.

ZillowVERIFIED I Feel so lucky to have been able to work with Kenny and Karen. From the first day we met, I knew they would be a great team. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and were patient with me in my search. Luckily it did not take too long to find the right house for me but I am confident they would still be working just as hard to help me get into the right one if the right house had not come along. They are both so very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable and skilled in their profession.
