There are three main reasons I would highly recommend Scott: Creative Marketing & Expertise: Scott identified a highly marketable feature that most agents would have completely overlookedaEUR"the assumable loan. This became our top selling point. Once we hit the market equilibrium, we secured a full-price, as-is offer at our asking price. Above-and-Beyond Service: Since I don't live at the property, I was worried about maintenance. Doug checked on the home weekly, and they even helped remediate pine needles while I was out of town. That level of "boots on the ground" support is rare. Total Flexibility: My biggest concern initially was my travel schedule. Scott and his team handled it perfectly. We got the house under contract while I was traveling in Europe, and we closed while I was out of town. I never felt out of the loop or stressed about the distance. She had already reviewed the home I was interested in and was able to provide additional information on the property which was helpful as there as an open-house scheduled for the next day. Susanne over the next 24 hours sent me multiple additional listing based on my parameters as well as personalized videos of introduction. As an out-of-town buyer, her assistance with FaceTime walk throughs of the home and amazing continuous communications resulted in me being able to make an offer and negotiate a final contract within less than 2 days. But her ongoing assistance in arranging inspections, follow-up and regular communications made the process from offer to close seamless and quick. Nothing was missed.
