I recently worked with Scott Kooiman and the Klaus Team to sell my fathers home, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Selling a family property can be stressful, but Scott and the team made the entire process seamless and successful. There are three main reasons I would highly recommend Scott: Creative Marketing & Expertise: Scott identified a highly marketable feature that most agents would have completely overlookedaEUR"the assumable loan. This became our top selling point. Once we hit the market equilibrium, we secured a full-price, as-is offer at our asking price. Above-and-Beyond Service: Since I don't live at the property, I was worried about maintenance. Doug checked on the home weekly, and they even helped remediate pine needles while I was out of town. That level of "boots on the ground" support is rare. Total Flexibility: My biggest concern initially was my travel schedule. Scott and his team handled it perfectly. We got the house under contract while I was traveling in Europe, and we closed while I was out of town. I never felt out of the loop or stressed about the distance. A huge shout-out to Christine as well! Her communications were always prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. It was a true pleasure to do business with this team. If you want an agent who is tech-savvy, proactive, and creative, call Scott!

Rich Milburn is an exceptional realtor and possesses the ability to really help clients find their new home. This review is for Rick Collins who worked with me via phone and email as I am out of state. He stuck by me for over a year as I had specific things that I wanted in a place to purchase. Once I agreed to a place, he was on top of it -- walked me through the finance, ensured the inspection items were completed, found contractors who fixed the things not in the contract, and was there every step of the way. Most real estate agents would have shook my hand and walked away -- not Rick. He checks in with me every now and then and even found an insurance company that lowered by insurance by 50%. He continues to help with resources for the yard and house. A real blessing.
