He is very intuitive and can read the parties involved and the situation and has great advice in the negotiating process. But honestly, he is strong throughout all the steps of buying and selling a house. He really understands the market, what needs to be done to prep your house to go on the market, and how to price it to move. He is knowledgeable in looking at houses to see its potential or potential issues. He was available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process and was willing to pursue any information that we felt we needed to continue forward with the purchase. We are so glad to have such a great asset/person to work with us through this process. We cant imagine going through this process without him. He is truly the best!

Not knowing us, Jason came and visited with us in our home and we felt as if we had known him forever. He made us feel very comfortable and listened to us and we became friends. ZillowVERIFIED Kenny was suggested to us by the person at UT Southwestern who was helping co-ordinate the move for my wife, who is a physician. We were relocating from out of state, so we had only limited time to make a decision on a house and had to be very focused.Kenny quickly helped narrow down neighbourhoods that would likely meet our needs (initially these neighbourhoods were Highland Park, Oak Lawn, and Uptown). Kenny was always on time and prepared for our real estate tours. As we were staying at a local hotel he would pick us up at the start of the tour and drop us off when the tour was complete. Kenny was knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods in which we were looking and was clearly familiar with issues that were of concern to us (such as access to good restaurants and finding a quiet neighborhood).We found a house we liked on the third visit and made an offer. After some issues arose with the inspection Kenny helped negotiate that the sellers would pay for a new roof on the property.Kenny co-ordinated inspections for termites, a structural engineer, a roofer, etc, for the pool, etc, and was present for these inspections. Given that we are moving from out of town this was a huge help. He also helped put us in touch with people who could potentially do some work for us on the house when we move in (e.g, a general contractor and painter). The most stressful part of the homebuying process has been dealing with our mortgage company. Kenny has been great in acting on our behalf to follow up with the mortgage company and make sure they have all necessary documents and that we were set to close on time.As clients we are busy people (and probably somewhat demanding) so we really needed an agent who we could trust to help us through this process. Kenny went way beyond what we anticipated from an agent and he has made this process a lot smoother, and less stressful, than it could have been. Even after closing, Kenny was helpful in getting things set up with the new home.
