Kenny and his team at 24:15 Realty are the best! If I was going to say what Kennys strongest at in the buying and selling process, I would say he is a skilled negotiator. He is very intuitive and can read the parties involved and the situation and has great advice in the negotiating process. But honestly, he is strong throughout all the steps of buying and selling a house. He really understands the market, what needs to be done to prep your house to go on the market, and how to price it to move. He is knowledgeable in looking at houses to see its potential or potential issues. He was available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process and was willing to pursue any information that we felt we needed to continue forward with the purchase. We are so glad to have such a great asset/person to work with us through this process. We cant imagine going through this process without him. He is truly the best!

Kenny is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market here in North Texas which was very beneficial to us as the buyers for our new house and sellers of our current home. He has a great sense for the movement in the market and was invaluable in the negotiation process from listing or the initial offer, to the home inspection, and all the way to closing for both houses. He has great insight into what needs done for selling a home and how to appeal to buyers in the target price range. Kenny is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
