Kenny is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market here in North Texas which was very beneficial to us as the buyers for our new house and sellers of our current home. He has a great sense for the movement in the market and was invaluable in the negotiation process from listing or the initial offer, to the home inspection, and all the way to closing for both houses. He has great insight into what needs done for selling a home and how to appeal to buyers in the target price range. Kenny is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He was very diligent throughout the process to ensure that all of our many questions were answered and in being proactive with the communication with the other partys agent. We would not want to go through this process without Kenny on our side of the table and highly recommend him and his team!
