We listed our home with Kenneth after a recent job layoff like many have experienced. He priced the home quite a bit more than another agent wanted to price it at and had it under contract at our list price within two weeks. About a week from closing we realized we did not want to move and no longer wanted to sell our home. He explained all our options and we decided to continue with the sale. But with his expertise and knowledge of contracts when the buyer was not able to close on time he presented us with an option that would allow us out of the contract with no penalties. Kenneth was professional and looked after our interest and desires and not his own. I recommend Kenneth to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.

The coaching and teaching I received while looking to purchase a first time home really put me at ease.
