He was patient, knowledgeable, and always focused on helping us find the right home when the timing was right for us. When we were finally ready to buy, Kenny was there every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and we always knew what was happening and what came next. After working with him for four years, were very grateful he was the one who helped us purchase our home. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time homeowners. We really hit the jackpot having Kenny Monceaux as our realtor. He was referred to us by our Golden 1 Home Loan Advisor through their Buyer Advantage Program. Kenny went the extra mile for us and were incredibly grateful. The process can be so overwhelming, confusing, and stressful, especially the first time around. He was there every step of the way to explain things and help us smoothly navigate each step. Our home was built in the early 1950s and has an original electrical panel thats a known fire hazard. As survivors of a major gas explosion (caused by a utility company who shall not be named), were very concerned with safety for obvious reasons. The panel can also make getting homeowners insurance extremely challenging. Thanks to Kennys help, the seller agreed to pay for the electrical panel replacement. Kenny was also there to talk us off the ledge when we had cold feet and also provided some much-needed comic relief. Its rare to see such excellent customer service! Were more than ready to put the gas explosion chapter behind us as we embark on our next adventure as homeowners in a safe neighborhood located close to so many of our friends. We never thought wed be able to make this dream happen, especially after the explosion left us in debt. A huge shoutout and thank you to Kenny for being such a fantastic realtor and all around nice guy!

He always gave me his honest opinion about homes, whether good or bad. He also made it a point to check in with me, before he went on vacation, about updates on my home, to answer any questions or concerns, and to provide next steps in his absence. He even came with me to my home inspection on his day off. He encouraged me to go branch off and meet my neighbors that have been living in my community for 30+ years to foster and build relationships in advance.
