ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Kendra was exceptional. She was always responsive, no matter the time of day even before we had signed a contract with her. We felt she was very honest and upfront with us. She took the time to do her homework after first meeting with us to come up with a reasonable list price for our home. We ended up listing our home later than originally anticipated and when we did she suggested increasing the price a bit from what we had originally agreed upon. Our house was only on the market a day! Kendra was also able to facilitate a long distance closing for us for the new house we purchased. Again, this was before we had signed a contract with her.

When we looked at townhouses and condos that might meet our needs she offered suggestions and considerations. There were a limited number of properties in our price range and we had a desire for no stairs which made it a challenging search. ZillowVERIFIED We bought and sold a home through Kendra. I have and would recommend her to any one, friend or family. She advised us but let us make the decisions and supported us which I liked a lot because I do not like being told what to do. She was available anytime I needed her and got back to me anytime I had a question. We got a much nicer house than I ever thought because she was able to negotiate the price down to something we could afford and she sold our house for a lot more that I though we could get. My kids have their own room now and I am VERY happy in my dream house. I don't plan on buying or selling again but if I did I would use her again for sure.
