Brenda was so very kind from the very beginning. She was always a phone call away to answer any of my questions and if she didn't have the answer she would find someone who did. She was steady finding homes of my preference to look at and she never pressured me in anyway. She would give sound advice but would always say it is totally up to you with a final decision. Brenda was always approachable never intimidating or rude with whatever I asked or needed. When we finally found the home we all agreed was best for us, I had no idea how to get through all the paperwork and legalities of documents that had to be completed.
