Not only were we selling our home we needed to buy a home.We were very nervous and they advised us not to worry, told us what they would be doing on their part, and all we needed to do was to start looking for a new home. We saw a home we were interested in on Zillow and posted a comment. Within a minute Kendra Jule contacted us by phone. She rushed over to the house that same day FaceTimed with us. Kendra was professional, patient and detailed with up-close shots and information. This is so important because if you are not there in person, like us, you would never know and have to rely what you see. Kendra was phenomenal. We put in an offer and that night it was accepted. We left CA and moved into our beautiful new home on December 30, 2020. We highly recommend Kendra. Her hard work and dedication and professionalism made our home purchase a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan Ford and Kendra Jule helped us achieve a minor miracle! As executor of my deceased Uncle's estate, my brother and I had to find a way to remotely prepare and sell his house in Hernando, Florida. I live in the midwest and my brother lives in California. Neither one of us was going to fly back and forth to Florida during the pandemic to get this done. I found Dan online and called him. Right from the beginning I felt I'd found the right people to get this daunting task done. His attitude was consistently 'can do'. He organized and participated in clearing out a very cluttered home and preparing it for sale which included repainting the interior and propping the home for showing. He also sent several boxes of important family papers and memories to me. Dan and Kendra provided all of this extra service to us without being asked and always with a positive, professional attitude. We sold the house the first weekend it opened and at a price 50% more than the original 'as is' offer! A very successful experience for our family.
