I am the owner of "Feng Shui Investments," an independent real estate broker in San Diego, California. I have helped people buy, manage, then sell real estate properties for over 12 years now. I manage numerous properties for my family and my private investment clients. My specialty is helping clients build residual income using California real estate and I am actively involved in every step of the process.

I live in San Diego and speak fluent Mandarin. I have a 2 1/2 year old son. My husband is an attorney specializing in real estate. I am very active in the San Diego Chinese Mama group. Beside work, I am also the creator of a Facebook group called "?????????" ( San Diego Family Library). I lend my children's books in Chinese to parents that read to their kids, helping their kids to remember the Chinese language. I strongly believe the best thing we can give our kids is to help them fall in love with books.
