Kendall is an absolute dream to work with and was exactly the type of realtor I needed as this was my first home and I am not from the area. She is a wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods, rental projections, and she is very well connected in the real estate community so everything was a breeze. She is a great listener and kept my goals in mind from start to finish and also beat my own personal deadline for buying a home! Kendall was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was referred to Kendall through a co-worker because I wanted to purchase an investment property with the goal of building a portfolio over time. I had no clue how or where to start, which is where Kendalls expertise and background came into play. I discovered Kendall Gray does not recognize the word aEURoeimpossible.aEUR? I felt like an impossible client; a newly single parent who needed to find/close on a house and learn how to utilize my Veterans benefits within a month while working full time during a world-wide pandemic. Kendall immediately put me at ease and as a subject matter expert of Baltimore, knew how to articulate what I was looking for when I couldnt. She made me feel like I was her sole client and as if I could call her at 2 am with any questions (I didnt but I definitely thought about it!). The stereotypes of the process of buying a home, as being stressful and confusing, have not waned in todays real estate market. If anything they are magnified and accelerated. My experience with Kendall could not have gone more smoothly.
