Kendall is far and away the best realtor we've ever worked with! We were making a move to the Boerne area and needed someone who was knowledgeable, responsive, and savvy. She's all those and friendly as well! What we really appreciated about Kendall is that she didn't say every home we looked at was awesome. She had her own honest critique of various homes we considered. She clearly cared more about what would suit us than just getting a home sold. Says a lot about the kind of person she is......on top of being a great agent! She's a great communicator and was super responsive as we made offers, heard from sellers (or didn't), needed some quick answers while under contract, etc. Really a great experience working with Kendall!

Kendall did an excellent job in explaining the sell of our current home, and the purchase process of our new one. I may have overloaded her with questions, but she answered every one of them timely and at all hours. She respected our work hours when viewing houses and negotiated some big ticket items with our seller's realtor. I always felt like we were her only clients with how she quickly handled all of it! All in all, a smooth experience.
