Ken went right to work the first day we met, he never looked back and was serious about selling my parents home at a good price. His honesty and hard work is what impressed me the most. Thanks Ken Worthington

ZillowVERIFIEDKen has been wonderful with helping my husband and I find our new home. We had a few specific things that we were looking for in a home. So he definitely did his best to help us find the right houses that were mainly what we were looking for. He always responded back to us in a timely manner and answered any and all of our questions (which we had many). We would most definitely recommend Ken Worthington for anyone looking to purchase a house or land as their realtor. We are very happy with our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED He is very nice and helpful realtor, very understanding and patient with us on what we are looking for. He is very experienced in looking at houses as far as always checking the outside of the house for weather damage. Every time we look at a new house he always asks which way is west because that is the direction most of the weather hits the house.

ZillowVERIFIED When the girlfriend and I started looking for homes, we were very unsure of what we wanted exactly. We gave Ken the ideal things we wanted and he found us multiple homes to look at. He worked with our busy schedules to ensure we got to see the homes as well. We took a couple months to finally figure out what we really wanted and Ken stayed with us through it all. Ken always had good input and knew the neighborhoods. Great guy! Thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience. He helped me find a place to rent that met my specifications in my price range. ZillowVERIFIED My intuition is trustworthy. So, when I had a gut feeling that Ken would be perfect as my realtor, I felt good about it. Ken brought those feelings to fruition by delivering more than expected. Not only does he have the smarts and integrity needed in this field, he is a real go-getter. He presented lots of houses to look at in a short timeframe and what's even better is that, as a first time buyer (by myself), he provided invaluable information I might not have considered on my own. He pointed out pertinent details that a buyer should contemplate-everything from looking closely at the side of the house that gets the weather to checking the maximum amps in, and date on the electric panel. I'm impressed, but more than that I feel like I'm in good hands-that my purchase will truly be based on solid information from a realtor who possesses vast knowledge and integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Although my husband and I decided to wait on buying a home, Ken was the best real estate agent we have worked with. He wasnt pushy, and didn't try to rush us into looking at other homes. He checked up on us a few times during the break of us checking out homes and responded right away no matter when I contacted him. We will definitely be going to him when we are ready to buy! Highly recommend him!
