4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I represented a referral buyer/seller from a lender who is out of the area. I listed there house and represented them in there purchase. The transaction went smooth. I was able to sell their home for top dollar and get them the perfect home.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started out as a Notary Public loan signing agent, In which I worked for two years learning the sale process from the lenders paper work side. The knowledge I gained helps me to guide my clients through the process.

Ken Wallis went above and beyond to sell our property on the other side of the county. He was able to deal with all of the hassles associated with third parties on our sale without need for our involvement, worked the full spectrum of his contacts to drum up buyers, and made several 3hr round trips to show the property. Despite the prolonged process and unexpected variables of our non-standard property and transaction, Ken was able to get the sale done as soon as possible and for a great price.
