I am very different kind of Real Estate Agent. After a long and successful career as a as corporate Scientist and Project Manager I brought an array of valuable skills to Real Estate. I also started a business in Real Estate investment and Property Management over 18 years ago. This experience exposed me to a wide variety of market conditions as well as many types of transactions including residential, commercial, foreclosures, government owned and of course standard person-to-person sales and leases. In every Real Estate deal, my skills in communication, problem solving, technical savvy, attention to detail, clear grasp of the law, housing code, real estate concepts and data analysis allow me to serve my clients with excellence.
