From there, I found Ken to continue to be available every single day, even on weekends. He was never late to an appointment. He promptly looked into each buying option I threw his way. He was quick to eliminate the options that would be a struggle to buy and instead showed us the homes that were viable contenders. In this tough market he knew the best approach for putting in offers on each home we made offers on. When one deal we had pending; Ken knew it was time to pull out of the deal and move on. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a house in central Oregon, and I will use him again when I am ready to buy another home. He is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly motivated and proactive. I was motivated to buy a house but was nervous because they were selling so quickly. Ken had me scan through listings to create a list of houses I wanted to see, I told him when I was available to see them, and he showed me over a handful of houses in one day. When I had my heart set on one, he had an offer written 2 hrs after leaving the place, and he called me to congratulate me on my offer being accepted only a few hours after it was submitted. He also did a lot of work and pushing behind the scenes to allow the closing date to be moved up 2 weeks. Ken spent a lot of time with us on the phone as we were working on the timing of selling our house in Chicago. When we got an offer on our home 3 days after listing it, we booked a trip to Bend over Memorial Day weekend to look at homes, and Ken took almost 2 days out of his weekend to drive us around and showed us a lot of options.
