ZillowVERIFIEDKen was great to have in my corner, he communicated and relayed all important information well and promptly. Worked well with my tight restrictions and guidelines, and knew what things to look for to save me and him time, I would work with him again if able. Very nice and understanding, couldn't have been more lucky. As a first time buyer Did a great job explaining everything from start to finish.
ZillowVERIFIEDKen was great to work with. Not only did he always message us back quickly he got us in to every house we wanted to see pretty fast. It was great to have his professional opinion on all the different house we looked at. So glad he was able to help us find our first home!
ZillowVERIFIEDKen was a joy to work with. He not only got us showing with the houses we wanted to see. But had tons of information on the properties and gave his honest ideas and opinions about things. He also kept in contact with me even after working hours because of our conflicting work schedule which was really nice.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe initially contacted Ken when we had questions about our house and he responded right away. He was very flexible when trying to meet to show us the house. He answered all of our questions as best he could. What impressed us most, was he responsiveness when communicating between us and the seller. We were able to contact him via text, phone, or email.
ZillowVERIFIEDWas very helpful in finding me a very nice rental house at a good price. I thought that he new what he was talking about when he showed me the property.
