During our first meeting Ken was straightforward and honest about what he thought we should list at and promised the listing he created would get multiple offers at that price and possibly higher. Boy, did he deliver! The pictures he took were fantastic and he was organized and communicated well through all of the showings his listing generated. When it came time to discuss the numerous offers I received, he was very detailed in how he presented all of the information and patiently explained the pros and cons of each. He spent time talking me through which offer to choose and we ended up with a contract that I was thrilled with. I was certainly impressed with how quickly he was able to get me a fantastic contract for my home. Everything was going smoothly until my HOA threw a few curveballs at us only a week before settlement. Once again, Ken navigated the issues with ease and offered solid advice about how to still close on time. Everything worked out beautifully despite the HOA's best attempts to derail the sale, and I couldn't be happier with having chose Ken as my listing agent.
