Ken did a phenomenal job with helping my family and I getting into our first home ever. As a first time buyer, we had no clue what to expect or anything about the process. From the very beginning, Ken informed us how it may be a bumpy journey along the way. This really helped to mentally prepare ourselves to get through all the obstacles as they came up. I had full confidence in Ken and that he was going to be available when we needed him. Communication goes a long way, and Ken was very responsive the entire time. There were times when Ken stepped in and mediated to help get issues resolved while we were going through the application phase. Overall, I am very happy with Ken and his professionalism and dedication to serving us while buying our very first home!
