We selected Ken because of his many positive on-line reviews, his years of experience in selling homes in Mount Juliet and surrounding areas, and his specialized knowledge of this Del Webb community. Throughout the process of searching for and purchasing a home we were appreciative of his ongoing guidance. It is a challenge to live 550 miles away and to be seeking a home in a very popular community. Ken helped us find the right property and make a successful bid. He was a tremendous help in the weeks approaching closing. Ken made multiple trips to the property to meet with varied inspectors and workmen. I do not believe we would be happy homeowners in Mount Juliet without his special efforts. ZillowVERIFIED Extremely happy we chose Ken for the sale of our home. He was able to find a buyer even before the "For Sale" sign hit the yard. He priced our home at an amount that we felt represented its true value. Even though he didn't get the "sale" side of the transaction, as our listing agent he was in frequent contact with us keeping us informed on the progress of the contract. He knew the specifics of our neighborhood and what to do to satisfy the HOA to make our sale go as smooth as possible. ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime, but the experience I had with Ken exceeded any past relationships with other Realtors. As a women, my experiences with realtors has been a bit like my experiences buying and trading cars, not exactly great experiences. Not the case with Ken. Ken went above and beyond for me, and most of all I felt he was respectful, honest and straightforward. He gave me his professional opinions (which I thought were right on target) and then very much respected my decisions. He was always available to me. He kept me informed, for I had moved out of town. He checked on my home just to make sure things were still looking good in my absence. He even helped me take care of something that needed to be done before my closing that went way above the call of duty. I suspect that is how Ken operates with everyone. He has been very organized and on top of everything, making this a really easy process for me. On top of that, he is funny, and that made stressful process much more fun. If I ever move back to Nashville, I will be calling Ken to help me find a new home. I would recommend him without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken Glaskox guided us through the process of staging our home as if it were his own. His advice was well-taken, and we spent two weeks getting the house up to his quite reasonable standards considering that we were still living there. Ken advised us as to a fair asking price, comparable to other houses that had recently sold in the area. There were six showings the first and only day it was on the market. That evening at 7:30 we were in the office signing the paperwork for the price we had asked. Mr. Glaskox knows his business well, has excellent negotiation skills, and is easy to work with. He is honest, accessible, and answered all of our calls or returned them within a reasonable amount of time, always on the same day. We must say that he is the best realtor either one of us has ever worked with, and wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend him.
