Working with Ken was a pleasure. He was always on my side working to make my home purchase as simple and successful as possible. A great part about working with Ken was he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. I would recommend him to anyone I come across that is looking to purchase a home. Throughout the process, Ken has been there every step of the way. He always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.

I have used Ken twice for purchasing homes and was not disappointed. I also recommended him to a friend who used him for a purchase and a sale. He is very reliable person and will look out for your best interest. He is great with communication and keeping you informed. I have known him since 2003 and have yet to be disappointed.

Ken assisted me and my family in letting go of our townhouse and finding a larger, single family home with some very specific parameters, under a very particular timeframe. I'm confident as clients, we were "pains-in-the-neck," but Ken was extremely helpful and successful in meeting our needs -- probably a lot faster than we thought we would be able to. I'm noting the sale of our old home as the primary service because getting the price just so, in able for us to facilitate our move (and upgrade) was critical, and in this area Ken's knowledge, service and ability to work with the buyer's agents was of great value.

On behalf of my family I, Jan Cole, would like to acknowledge REMAX Real Estate Specialist, Mr. Ken Fant, for his exemplary work and client service! The sale of our parents' home in Hyattsville, Maryland was filled with some legal issues and physical problems. Because of these circumstances the sale became quite lengthy, complicated and frequently mentally exhausting!!However through all of these problems, Mr. Fant was patient, optimistic, supportive, resourceful and knowledgeable! If you are looking for someone who is conscientious and caring to help you with your real estate concerns, I highly recommend Mr. Kenneth Fant! You will not be disappointed with his work!

Ken Fant is a neighbor and good friend. He is always willing to help and answer real estate questions. Ken has sold at least two houses for me. He offers suggestions on improvements and other items that could help a house sell quickly and perhaps for even more money.

Ken, was very attentive to our needs. He gave us suggestions we hadn't even thought about. He also provided a wide range of homes to select from and did everything he could to be sure we were completely satisfied in the end. As a first home buyer, we were not familiar with many of the practices and steps involved. Ken made sure we were fully aware of everything and kept us engaged every step of the way. I've been in the same home for the last 25 years and while I haven't had the need for his services again, I have referred others to Ken. He's a great agent!

Ken was attentive and informative. He really helped me find my dream home and I don't know how I would have navigated the process without him. His knowledge and willingness to "hold my hand" through the process was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use him when its time to buy the second property!

My initial goal of purchasing a home in a particular condition and in a particular location was unrealistic based on the $150,000.00 maximum I was willing to spend. I'm sure Ken realized that but he was very patient with me and allowed me to discover first-hand that I needed to be more flexible. The homes we saw in that price range did not satisfy my criteria. Over time, I kept raising the ceiling regarding how much I was willing to spend and thanks to Ken I found the ideal home for me. I don't recall the exact year I purchased the home but I'm certain it was in the 2002 neighborhood. Ken was excellent at educating me in every aspect regarding my first home purchase. I highly recommend him due to his professionalism as well as his wonderful personality.
