ZillowVERIFIED I have used Ken to help me buy, sell, and manage 8 different properties in the last 5 years. He gave me great tips on what to do to get me top dollar and most of my homes he sold were in less than a month. I will always use Ken for all of my real estate needs. I worked with other agents before that over promised and under delivered but Ken did what he said he would do and in this world its hard to find someone with such integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was great to work with! He showed us many homes in a timely manner. He notified us immediately if something became available in our area. He even dug back through past listings to see if they sold or still wanted to sell. He is very knowledgeable about the area, pricing and value. We will be returning to Michael if we have any future Real Estate needs and have already referred family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have been working with Ken Couture and Couture Realty for the last 3 years. We have purchased and sold multiple properties with Ken. Ken and his team have taken care of all aspects from finding properties in this sellers market. He is adept in negotiating the best deal to purchase income properties, selling our homes for top dollar in their areas, making arrangements with contractors for repairs, finding quality tenants, and professionally managing the properties we lease. I highly recommend Ken for all of your real estate needs from buying, selling, and managing your properties. I know I can always count on him for honest and educated advice. Kens expertise and knowledge will provide you with information to make smart purchasing decisions.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Couture Reality team for my home purchase. My agent, Regina Harris was really nice, patient and always available to show me homes. We first met Regina when we first came to Vegas and she was one of the realtors to show us a rental property. Not knowing Vegas she came to the rescue and she helped us find a great rental. 2 years later she helped us realize why pay someone else?s mortage with paying rent when you can put your own money into buying your own home. She invested most of her time finding us a forever home and is a hardcore negotiator that help get our home at a really amazing price. She helped us every step of the way with the long paper work process. She is outstanding and when I buy my next home I will be calling her! I highly recommend Regina and the Couture Reality team!

ZillowVERIFIED Ken and his staff have been very helpful to my family for about four years. My son bought his first house four years ago and Ken was his real estate guy. It was a very good experience and John loves his home. Also, my husband and I were looking for a short term rental in the Las Vegas area and Ken Couture Real Estate professionals were very helpful in our quest. I would recommend Ke's services to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken and his entire staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things Las Vegas. We were moving from South Carolina and we had no clue of where to begin looking. Ken picked us up from the airport, took us to our hotel and then drove our family around to become familiar with all the possible areas to find homes that fit our search criteria. Not only did Ken help us find the perfect home, he made sure it was move in ready when we arrived with our moving Van. We instantly became part of the Couture Realty family. Ken and his wife Lori helped us with suggestions for everything from finding a Doctors to Dining. The entire buying experience, from working with the lender, home inspections and most of all negotiating the lowest price and securing it, was made very easy and seamless, even from across the county. If you are thinking of moving to Las Vegas or you already live here and want to find the perfect home I would recommend calling Couture Realty first!

ZillowVERIFIED In todays world, where true service, honesty and integrity are rare, Ken is a shining star. My wife found Kens realty online. We live in California and were looking to purchase a second home in Nevada. Ken and his partner went all out in providing us with all the information we needed to make an educated decision. We are very happy with the pre-sale and post-sale services. I would use the words honesty and integrity very freely when describing Ken Couture. We would use Kens services again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken and his agent April are among the BEST agents I met during the process of searching for a rental home. They are also the most HONEST agents I worked with. You are doing yourself a great favor if you contact Ken when he lists a rental. Thanks!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home using Ken as my agent. I don't feel like he protected my interest. He rushed me through the process and he seem to be more helpful to the seller than me. He is horrible when it comes to negotiations which cost me more money when things were finalized . Basically he just wanted to get the deal done to collect his fee. His integrity is questionable and for that I would not recommend hiring this agent or anyone from his office.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken sold my condo in Henderson, about 2 years ago. He was a pleasure to work with and I got more for my condo than I was anticipating. I was very happy and satisfied at how smoothly the whole process went.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very pleased with the very complete service provided by Ken. Once we began looking at homes he quickly matched our wishes to the properties available. We have been in the home for a little over a year, made no major changes and still love the place. Prior to our face-to-face meetings, Ken effectively managed months of online communication to learn our priorities. We highly recommend anyone consider taking advantage of Ken's talent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken is a very professional realtor who knows the entire Las Vegas basin. Not only was he patient in our search for the perfect home he took the time to help expand our knowledge of the Las Vegas area which in turn helped us to invest further into the area. Ken is highly recommended for all real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Do not rent from Ken Couture!!! He is not honest and has no integrity. He will try and make you pay more then what was represented in the lease agreement. He will go into your property when you are not home with no notice. After you move out of the property, you will not receive your deposits back on time, and he will charge you for everything under the sun, including light bulbs for the entire house that are not burned out. He also will charge you for maintenance on the appliances that he will say are broken, but will never give you a receipt for the services to prove they were broken in the first place, and they worked great when you were living there. But in the end, Karma will prevail!!!!
