Ken has a great team behind him. Two of his associates, Svitlana and Tami really stepped up when we needed extra service. The group supported us through finding our new home and most importantly through the preparation, pricing and listing of the home we were selling. The Carpenter groups marketing insights proved to be extremely valuable. The Groups strategies and energy around marketing our home was exceptional. He's a fantastic listener and will provide info in a way that is not too pushy and allows you to come to your own decisions. He has years of experience in the Twin Cities housing market too and provided us with great options in the western metro.Ken was able to help guide us through the decision of buying existing homes for sale or working with a home builder. We ended up going with the builder route and wouldn't have known which ones to consider were it not for Ken. Review When we first attempted to sell our property, we used a realtor who we had not done our homework on. After two contract periods and very little activity we decided to interview some other realtors and ask them questions based on our previous experience. We chose Ken Carpenter based on his knowledge of the market, knowledge of the area and for his honesty. Now as of this day, the average days a home is on the market is 48. We had a signed purchase agreement in just 9 days. This happened solely by Ken Carpenter and his team. The photos were fantastic and the advertising was spot on. We provided in-depth and accurate information which he in turn took and presented to prospective buyers. Ken and his team made the entire process virtually seamless. Some of you may say "you were just lucky" or "the timing was right". Each of these may be a part of that, but it was obvious to us none of this would have been possible without Ken. Review I first met Ken several years ago. I always found him to be very cordial and professional. When the time came for me to sell my property I wanted to work with him. Ken is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and has sold many homes in the area. He reviewed my property and informed me specifically what projects needed to be completed that would lead to a quick sale. He then recommended a number of experts that performed quality work on the home to prepare it for sale. He priced my home at a fair market value, (not too high, not too low, but higher than I thought it would have sold for), which again lead to a quick sale. Ken negotiated very effectively on my behalf and this became a key aspect in the sale of my property. And Ken, and/or one of the Carpenter Team, were always available for any question that came up, or to be available for an open house. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Ken and the Carpenter Team. They performed their work in expert fashion and I highly recommend Ken and the Carpenter Team if you are considering buying or selling your property.
