My Real Estate career began at the age of 21 and I came to the understanding that I was not in the sales business but rather in the customer service industry; this is still the heart of my business 20+ years later. I opened RE/MAX Select Associates in June of 2006 after I enjoyed 10 successful years with another company. As a top Listing & Selling Broker I have vast knowledge of our area compiled with over $150 million in sales volume experience to help guide you. I have served two 3-year tours as a Director in our local Association of Realtors as well as being President of the association in 2009. I served the Washington State Association as a Director for 6 years. I was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2011, just five years after joining such a wonderful organization. In 2015 our office received the honor Brokerage of the Year for the Pacific Northwest Region within RE/MAX. "Ken Barcus Properties" has ranked multiple times in the top ten teams in the vast Pacific Northwest Region for sales volume.
