ZillowVERIFIED On this faithful Wednesday, evening after 6 pm, after trying two other agents who didnt pick up, I called Kemi. From the moment she answered, I knew this was different. She didnt focus on her fee; instead, she guided me to see the immense value she could bring. Kemi asked me to trust her expertise, and she truly delivered. Throughout every step negotiations, lender hurdles, and inspections she was a rock. I was blown away by how she set the bar, exceeding even what I expected from her original amazing reviews. Now, weve closed, and I'm so grateful. Kemi didnt just help me buy a home she gave me peace of mind, and I know anyone who works with her will be as impressed as I am. Kemi is simply amazing and she went above and beyond to take care of me.

ZillowVERIFIED Kemi Alege was absolutely exceptional in helping us successfully acquire the Spicer Street portfolio in Akron. From start to finish, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and deep understanding of the transaction process. This was not a straightforward dealaEUR"there were moments where timelines were tight, communication with the seller became challenging, and closing required careful coordination across multiple parties. Kemi stayed on top of everything, consistently following up, keeping all stakeholders aligned, and ensuring that nothing slipped through the cracks. What stood out most was her ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure. She went above and beyond to push the deal forward, maintain momentum, and help us navigate through last-minute uncertainties right up to closing. Her commitment, attention to detail, and strong communication made a significant difference in getting this transaction across the finish line. We truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Kemi did an outstanding job helping us sell our home in a market where we honestly didnt think it would sell. From the beginning, she stayed positive, strategic, and committed to getting the right outcome for our family. Because of her effort and guidance, we were able to successfully sell our home in Akron and take the next step in our journey by moving to Columbus. She was professional, responsive, and truly cared about helping us reach our goal. If youre looking for a realtor who will advocate for you and work hard to get results, I highly recommend Kemi.

ZillowVERIFIED My mother recently bought a house through Kemi and it went very quickly and smoothly. Obviously, there are a lot of variables that can affect the process and cause delays and such. My mother was blessed to avoid these things, and Kemi ensured everything on her side was accurate and taken care of on time. Changes in wording and other contract updates were quick and painless. Kemi was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, and my mother is grateful for that.

ZillowVERIFIED Kemi Alege is a consumate professional as a real estate agent. She showed up early for our first appointment which impressed us with her work ethic. She always responded to our phone calls in a timely manner. One of the most important things is that she handled the sale of the home with us being in another state. She assured us that everthing could be done virtually, including the closing and it was done!!!. I highly recommend her to be your agent, during the difficult time of selling a home, especially with her expertise & knowledge in real estate.

Highly recommended. She has a great sense of the market and provides important tips along the way. She negotiated with the seller very gracefully and brought in a really nice lender which made our home buying process very simple. ZillowVERIFIED Kemi did an awesome job, getting the house ready to be listed, advising on best approach and fixes to be made. Her negotiating skills came in handy resulting in the property selling about $8000 above list price which was beyond my expectation. Her responsiveness and friendliness is outstanding because she went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. I will readily recommend her to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property. ZillowVERIFIED When I started this process of buying a house, I wanted an Agent that I could trust and who understood the location. Kemi really embodies those traits. She is very consultative to really understand what you are looking for and would work to make that happen. She wasn't looking to make a quick sale and she is a realtor that actually works for her client. She is very responsive and provided insights and information that I did not think of. I would highly recommend Kemi and plan on using her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with Kemi. This was my first time buying a home and she made the process so easy. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. She took all my phone calls and answered all my questions no matter how silly. Kemi was always transparent with me when it came to looking for homes in different areas or the potential resale value /leasing of the homes I was interested in. Kemi found me homes that were in line with what I wanted. Because I am new to the area, she helped me find a home that was in a good location not too far from my job. She negotiated on my behalf and handled things behind the scenes that she didnt want me to worry about as I had other things on my plate. Working with Kemi was a true dream and I feel so grateful to have found her and now have my dream first home!

ZillowVERIFIED As an investor, finding the right agent (especially in a new market) can be challenging. For me, that challenge became mute after my first call with Kemi. Not only was Kemi very knowledgeable about the area, but also very experienced in problem solving and creative thinking, which was extremely useful when simultaneously closing 3, multi-unit deals with very different sellers and agents. In addition, Kemi is genuine and values good people, good business, and good relationships which are all very important to be as well. As I continue to build my portfolio in Cleveland, Akron, the surrounding areas in Ohio, shell always be my go-to as well as for my family and friends. I would very confidently recommend Kemi and Ill be a reference for her anytime.
