For example, I had two low bids, which was not good. However, a 3rd bid came in and he informed the potential buyer that there was already two bids. This helped me get a higher and better bid. I was pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Kelton as my agent to purchase 2 du-plexes. Kelton went above and beyond to help negotiate the best deal. He was very effective dealing with all parties and kept everyone on track to close on time. Kelton also went out of his way to drive to the SAHA office to speak with a representative to obtain renter info (required to close) as they were not answering their phones. ZillowVERIFIED We started out with a different relator and Thank God that we found Kelton! The difference and him and our first relator is an unbelievable difference. It was our first home so we had no idea what the heck we were doing. The first relator was just sketchy and trying to help the seller and not us. Luckily we fell into keltons hands. Coming from construction background he knew what to look for in a home and didn't let us get screwed with anything. He wasn't about the highest price of the home. He was about our needs and wants and he made sure our lender was on top of everything. He did above and beyond what we expected. Made buying our first home stress free and actually really fun. He was also so kind and bought our 5 year old daughter gifts to play with so we could actually look at the house. He definitely looks out for his clients!
