ZillowVERIFIEDKelton is a good Realtor. He negotiates for his client. He is thoughtful and patient. Additionally, he can also be firm when necessary. For example, I had two low bids, which was not good. However, a 3rd bid came in and he informed the potential buyer that there was already two bids. This helped me get a higher and better bid. I was pleased.
