We had tried working with another realtor prior to meeting Kelsie, and thankfully got recommended by someone else to work with her. She was able to find us an affordable home, that met all of our requirements. Not only that, but she did it at a faster pace than usually because we had to move in a short period of time. ZillowVERIFIED Over the course of ten months, Kelsie patiently worked with my wife and me by showing us numerous rural properties that were usually located 20-30 minutes out of town. On a few occasions, my wife and I would drive around in the country looking for houses, and when we found one we liked, Kelsie was often willing to drop everything and drive out to a property to show it to us. Over these ten months, Kelsie wrote at least a dozen offers and counteroffers for us on a few different houses. When those contracts fell through, Kelsie continued to work with us to find the right house for our taste and budget. When we finally went under contract, Kelsie made multiple trips to our house located 30 minutes out of town to take care of the inspection process. Kelsie also helped us sell our home during this process. It went under contract the first day it was listed, and then my wife and I went on vacation. While we were on vacation our first contract fell through, so Kelsie quickly prepared our house to be put back on the market and started showing it again. We went under contract again shortly after this. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Kelsie coordinated everything for us and was able to answer (or get an answer to) any question we had.
