ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently relocated and needed to sell our home, and the experience could not have gone better. From our first conversation through closing, our agent was knowledgeable, professional, and highly responsive. They provided excellent guidance on pricing, staging, and preparing the home for market, which helped us attract strong interest quickly. Selling a home while managing a relocation can be stressful, but they made the entire process seamless. Communication was consistent, expectations were clear, and they always had our best interests in mind. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our home sold quickly and for a great value. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home, especially those navigating a relocation. Their commitment to their clients truly sets them apart.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Emily again was truly the best experience! We bought a home and sold our home at the same time, and she made the entire process feel easy and manageable. She eased our worries, pushed us when we needed a nudge, and kept everything moving with confidence and fun. On closing day, she even caught a last-minute change on our settlement statement that resulted in a $2,500 check back to us, something we wouldve completely missed without her. Were honestly a little sad its all over because well miss seeing her! We cant recommend Emily enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough of Carrie. For purchasing my first home and not knowing anything of the process, she walked me through every step, and made it as simple as possible. She always answered my questions regardless of how obscure they were, and was always prompt in responding.

ZillowVERIFIED Emily is a true professional. She was very patient with us navigating a tough and competitive housing market. She listened to our needs and wants and communicated with us throughout the process. At the time it came to seal the deal and get to the right number to make the deal happen, she came through and took off all the pressure for us especially being first time home buyers. Her knowledge and resources are unmatched if you want to get an advantage in the local market. Plus she is a part of an amazing team with years of experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie is amazing.I interviewed 3 realtors and Carrie from The Kelly Winterroth Team was the only realtor who was prepared with an extensive market analysis. She kept me updated as to the changes in the real-estate market. Carrie's response time to answer my many questions was immediate. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Carrie for all your real estate needs. She was so patient with us while we were searching for a new home. Oddly enough, we found our new home about the same time as we were in the process of trying to get my dads home on the market. Just knowing Carrie was helping us buy a house and sell 2 houses, made our lives a little less stressful. We definitely needed somebody reliable, loyal, and with great communication along the way to navigate this current real estate market. We couldnt have done all this without Carrie!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I currently live in CA and wanted to move back to my hometown in IL, which was a challenging situation given that we were so far away from being able to explore houses and find our dream home. Carrie made the process so much easier for us. As soon as we found a house we liked on Zillow, we would send to Carrie who would immediately reach out to the sellers agent. There were times where she was at the house, taking a video for us, in less than 2 hours the same day. Her videos would be ready usually around 2-3 hours later so my husband and I were able to look at it. The videos were great and captured the whole house, including the outside both front and back of the house. She would always give her valued insight when asked, as well. Overall it was great working with Carrie. Would absolutely recommend her especially in cases where someone might not be located where they are looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Its been a little over a month since I closed on my home with Emily Outsen. This was not my first purchase so I'm somewhat knowledgeable about the process, but Emilys expertise is on another level. Her communication was great through the whole process. She kept me informed on every step of the way. Almost all of the documents that I had to sign was sent via doc you sign. And she also sent copies right after I signed them & also explained everything that she was sending. Every question that I had she answered. Even though I lost the bid the first time she previously informed me that the houses are going at 97% of the asking price. They accepted a higher offer than my bid. Eventually the buyers backed out and the sellers accepted my offer. Emily followed through and made sure everything was legit before letting me know if I still wanted to go through with my offer because it was accepted. Emily also helped me out with my financing team when they needed a form sent or signed, when I wasnt able to do it right then and there. Overall, the experience with Emily was nothing less than perfect- between her and my loan officer at Navy Federal-I got blessed with two of the best, hands-down, and believe me I rarely write reviews. So if you need a broker or a real estate agent, get with Emily Outsen over at McColley Bennett real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I worked with Emily. The first time I worked with her, I was moving from Fort Worth, TX to the Kankakee area and due to limited time, I had to put in an offer site unseen. Emily helped me so much with that process and kept me calm and was honest. This time, she helped me sell that first house and buy a new one to downsize. She was always available and assured me everything would work out. And of course it did! Both processes were made so easy and mostly seamless because she was my agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Emily was amazing. I was selling my mom's house after she passed away. From another state and that was very nerve-racking, but Emily made us feel very comfortable with the process. She went above and beyond her job duties, she even went in the house and vacuum the floors for us so we wouldnt have to hire a housekeeper.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to connect with Carrie and chose her as our realtor for her knowledge and expertise in selling homes. She came prepared to our first meeting with knowledge of the market in our area and made suggestions for ways to get the most out of our home. When we were ready to show our home, she quickly listed it and followed up on requests for showings. Carrie walked us through the offers and made suggestions and always respected our feedback and decisions.
