ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Kelly! We recently moved our family from the East Coast to Arizona, and we had to do the entire process virtually. We were also working on a tight timeline, so we knew we needed a realtor who was responsive and on top of things. Kelly was that and more for us, and made the long-distance process as smooth as it could be. We appreciated her friendliness and professionalism, and felt confident in her guiding us through the long-distance process. Thank you, Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is great at her job, she really makes you feel like family instead of clients especially when it was our first time buying a house. She works great with first time home buyers and made the process of buying our first home for me and my wife. She never at all made the process feel rushed or pushed us to buy a house. Kelly made this process nice, easy, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to us the different type of loans there are and the benefits for each of them. We ended up going with a FHA loan and she explained to us why it was more beneficial for us especially since we were looking to getting a new build. I would definitely be going back to her when it comes to buying my second home

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was a true professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Kind, courteous, and always available when I had questions. I was moving from out of state, and Kelly helped me purchase a home in Sunland Springs in Mesa AZ. Everything from the showing to the inspection was done virtually. Kelly felt like a friend who was my eyes and ears on the ground since I was unable to be there in person. I had no doubts that I would love the house when I finally showed up. I do, in fact, love the house, and I couldn't have done it without Kelly.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a 1st time home buyer. I went into this knowing nothing. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for Kelly's patience, expertise, and care. She was always in my corner. I never felt like I was pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with. Kelly gave me good information and honest opinions throughout the entire process. I completely recommend her. If I'm ever in the market again, she is the first person that I will contact.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was able to find exactly what we wanted which is not an easy thing to do in this market. Without her help we probably would've ended up signing another lease at an apartment. She is very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly helped me and my wife find a new build condo in January 2021 at Waterfall in Chandler AZ. Kelly and us met with the sales representative for the condo for the first time and showed us a model unit. We also had follow up meetings on site at with sales staff and the builder representative. Kelly was very helpful in guiding us through many details and working with the sales staff and the builder supervisor. It is extremely important to have a agent like Kelly on your side to help answer any questions and who will follow up with all aspects of buying a home or a new build. We cant say enough about Kelly and are very thank full for her great service in helping us through the purchasing process of buying a new build. Best Regards The Allen's

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was awesome! My husband and I flew in from Seattle to purchase a vacation home in AZ. She spent a whole weekend with us showing us many listings. Once she knew what our style and taste was, she was able to find many homes that we loved. We were lucky enough to find one right before we flew home. Put an offer on it and was pleasantly surprised once we landed that they had accepted our offer. We highly recommend her and will be using her services again in the future. Thank you Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED I'd give 10 stars if I could. Being in the industry myself I get the opportunity to meet and work with many realtors in the area and get to know them well. So when I was planning to sell and buy it was an easy decision for me to choose Kelly as my agent. Both transactions went smooth, literally not a single issue arose on both ends which is rare on real estate transactions with the amount of moving pieces that need to come together for a successful closing on time. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Thank you Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly likely to recommend Kelly. Her knowledge of real estate is excellent. Kelly has great communication and always got back to us when we asked questions. She responded quickly to all our questions regarding properties of interest and was always available to show us properties usually within the same day of the request. She was able to negotiate down the purchase price of the home we purchased which we were very pleased. Over all we had an excellent experience with Kelly being our Realtor agent. She is also on the Mr. Rogers Team. Best Regards, Curt and Libby

ZillowVERIFIED I've been buying and selling homes for the past 20 years and Kelly is the best I've seen in a long time. She was super fast to respond to texts and calls and would keep me informed daily on the status of the deal. When we gave her our criteria for the house, she had us a list within a couple hours and was sending us updated lists every day. Any time we wanted to see a house she made herself available for as many as we wanted to see. We eventually picked one and she helped us through every step of the process all the way to closing. She communicates clearly, she's quick to respond, she's helpful and professional, and she helped us a get a great deal on a house that met our exact criteria. We plan on using her again for all future home buying and selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Our house sold quite fast in Wa State and we had to do a fast track to buying our new one in Mesa, AZ. We couldn't fly out due to fast packing and still working. Kelly was very innovative and suggested to use Marco Polo. She was able to show us the house walk throughs in real time. What I loved about the app is I could review the videos later that night with my family. Kelly was very responsive and knew her business. We were able to find our home in an extreme short timeframe and couldn't be more happier with the process. If you're looking for a new home, whether in state or coming from out of state, I highly recommend Kelly!
