We closed during the beginning of the pandemic that is going on and were still able to successfully close in a safe manner. We did have a slight problem with our buyers mortgage company not having the closing date right. We had to wait an extra three days to actually close. Kelly helped us secure payment for hotel accommodations from the buyers lender so we had somewhere to stay while they figured out the details. She is an amazing realtor!
