ZillowVERIFIEDMy partner and I had the wonderful opportunity to purchase our first home with the help of Kelly Sander. Kelly is a fantastic person and was truly dedicated to helping us. She was very flexible in scheduling and knowledgeable with the whole process and helped to explain any concepts with the home buying process that we were unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend Kelly Sander and will be referring her to anyone I know or meet!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kelly to purchase our first home. Over the course of several months, she showed us home after home. She was always responsive and patient with our questions and mindful of what we wanted in our starter home. After months of searching, she ultimately suggested we look at the home we now live in, which turned out to be a perfect fit. Kelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the purchasing process. We negotiated back and forth with the seller and were able to secure a great price with Kelly's assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED When we started looking for lake property we found one on lake Miltona we liked. Kelly was the realtor selling it. We bought that lake home. So when we wanted to sell our lake lot we asked Kelly to sell it. Shes honest and works very hard. She sold it for us. Then when it was time to sell the cabin on lake miltona we asked her to sell it for us. She herself worked on it so we could get the price we were asking for it. She has gone out of her way to explain everything to us and has been very patient and understanding. We would recommend Kelly Sander to anyone and have recommended her already to people. When we are ready to buy or sell more property we will definitely call her.

ZillowVERIFIED When we moved to our neighborhood in 2013, our realtor recommended her! She was insightful, patient, and approachable. When we sold that house for acres, she was all those and more! I strongly encourage using Kelly as your next realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was very responsive - always there when we needed her. Explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable about the area, which helped us to better understand the market for seasonal property in the Alexandria area. Kelly was attentive to details, was willing to go to the property and take care of things like clearing the snow so prospective buyers could easily access. We felt she guided us appropriately throughout the cabin season regarding pricing (when to hold, when to reduce), that resulted in a sale before the end of the year, which is what we needed. We highly recommend Kelly as your realtor and we would definitely use her again. Thank you Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly is a great realitor and is very open with communication with her customer. Kelly leaves nothing to surprise. I would recommend Kelly to anyone with realitor needs. When there was a concern from the new buyer, Kelly contacted me and we met with the new buyer and we both were able to smooth their concerns and the closing took place as scheduled the next day.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly has been helping my partner and I for well over a year. We have been looking to invest in a house but have yet to find anything that fits in our budget that isn't needing major maintenance. Our first experience with a different realtor was saddening. We looked at three houses and were never contacted again. Kelly has been excellent in both her prompt communication and her reliability. Kelly has not given up helping us find our first home and is very respectful when we tell her what we are looking for. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for true honest help without feeling pressured to buy the first home you find to look into working with Kelly. She has been an excellent help and I look forward to working with her more in the future.
