I was worried I would miss things or wouldnt know which questions to ask or even where to start. Kelly Robinson guided me through all of this in a way that made it feel easy. He connected me with every resource that I needed to start from aEURoesquare oneaEUR? and eventually close on my first home. Beginning with the search process, I found that Kelly was very familiar with the different neighborhoods in the Pittsburgh area/Allegheny County, including some neighborhoods that were more north and west of the city which I had never heard of! He knew his way around and could speak about pros and cons and all those should-know details about location. Kelly always made himself available to take my calls and was quick to answer texts even at odd hours of the dayaEUR| even when I timidly asked him if he could do a walkthrough with me on a Sunday morning on Mothers Day (!) aEUR|he was more than happy to be there for me. He connected me with his recommended loan servicer team that navigated all of my financials and found an appropriate affordable loan program for me in a personalized, streamlined way. I really felt like I had a trustful team looking out for me every step of the way. There was one home that we looked at together that was a perfectly fine home with no blaring issues, good price, good neighborhood, but for me it was missing that little magic touch and just didnt feel like the right oneaEUR|. Even though we had already looked at a few other options and this one was a pretty good contender in comparison, instead of putting any kind of sales pitch or pressure on me, Kelly said aEURoeMichael, we will find another house like this (or better) that you will love, and I think we should pass on this oneaEUR? and we patiently continued our search. I really respected that moment and felt good driving away from that house. Ultimately, Kelly helped me to find a perfect place that checked all of the boxes I was looking for, and that I felt really great about! More importantly, he helped me to craft a competitive offer to the seller so that we won the bidding frenzy and secured that perfect house for me. I feel that his experience and the friendly communicative relationship that Kelly built with the buyers agent helped to give us an edge with our offer. (This was the first offer that we had placed on any of the properties we looked at, and we won it.) I typically dont leave long reviews like this, but this was one of those times where I felt like the persons character and diligence and going the extra mile deserved some recognition.
