We just bought our first home, Eric Callahan was our agent. Through all of the issues we had he was always there to answers any questions we had. As first time home buyers, we were understandably unsure of a lot of things during the process, but Eric had all the answers. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous and unaware of the steps included in the entire home buying process. Kelly and Joe were exceptionally knowledgeable realtors and guided us every step of the way. The Pros were extremely trust worthy and highly professional to work with at all times. Lou was great to work with. I was interested in purchasing a flip so he helped me figure out my acquisition price in order to walk away profitable. When it came time to sell, Lou identified the best way to market and price my property so that it sold quickly. I ended up accepting an offer within days for significantly over asking price! From that point on he was very communicative and kept me up to date with the process all the way through to the closing. He will be my go to agent whether buying or selling investment or personal properties. I cannot recommend Lou enough!!!
