My husband David and I moved from Pennsylvania to Venice, Florida in 2018, and we fell in love with the Gulf Coast lifestyle. Today I help buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota County - Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, North Port, Englewood and the surrounding coastal communities - with a special focus on luxury, waterfront and new-construction homes.

I hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS(TM)) designation, have earned Diamond Elite production status, and rank in the top 2% of the Venice Area Board of Realtors. But the numbers aren't what drive me. My business is built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients, because I lead with honesty, transparency and integrity - even when it means telling clients something they may not want to hear.
