She was a two-time Finalist for Tampa Bay Business Journal's Businesswoman of the Year and a three-time nominee for Queen Chasco. Kelly was awarded the Community Hero Award for Volunteerism from the Pinellas Association of Realtors/Central Pasco Association of Realtors in 2019. Kelly was awarded Outstanding Elected Government service award from the West Pasco board of realtors 2022!

I am the Deputy Mayor of my town until April 2025. I am a past president and current member of the Rotary Club, member of the chamber of commerce. Board member for several charitable organizations.

We met Kelly in January and laid out a plan to sell our home in Alabama while looking from 350 miles. We drove down a few times but for the most part Kelly was our eyes and ears. Working with Kelly was a smooth experience she took care of all the details, knew the area very well and being in government, in the New Port Richey area, meant she knew all the ins and outs of new projects up and coming. I would give overall 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed at the price my condo eventually got, but she did sell it before the end of the year as was my request. She is wonderful and went above and beyond with the difficult and imo unprofessional HOA. Thanks Kelly! I enjoyed working with you very much.
