ZillowVERIFIEDI want to thank Kelly Miller for all she did selling my home. When the first deal fell through Kelly got on the phone and spoke to the realtor of the next person in line. ( I had 7 offers) Lord and behold I had another contract. Kelly makes sure everything is in line and we stay on task. If you are looking for a top notch realtor, Kelly Miller is your person. She is very nice, professional and knows her craft.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, the process can be really overwhelming at times. Having someone we could trust to with helping guide us through this milestone was the so important for my fiance and I. Kelly treated us like family and was there every step of the way. From helping to send us tons of listings, to all the showings and then making an offer and negotiations we trusted the advice and experience of Kelly and it worked out amazingly. We feel so lucky to have worked with such an amazing agent. Couldn't speak any higher of her!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Kelly to sell my parents house. Kelly was wonderful to work with considering we were navigating unknown territory. It was a stressful time for us aEUR"Kellys expertise in the Cary market, her creative updating suggestions and her empathy really made it a seemless process. Its obvious Kelly knows the local real estate business and that gave us confidence setting our price as well as negotiating the property sale and scheduling an effortless closing.

ZillowVERIFIED I hired Kelly to sell my property in Cary, Illinois. Though I entered the "hot selling time" of the market very late, we were still able to sell the property in a reasonable amount of time. Her counseling and guidance was superb throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly represented us in the sales process, and made the process as smooth as any real estate transaction we have done. She worked with the buyer's attorney and ours as we worked on houselhold items to leave with the home. Thanks for all you did!

ZillowVERIFIED She was patient when we were very picky with a limited budget for what we wanted in a home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home because of how easy she is to work with and how flexible her schedule is, even when my schedule was not flexible at all. Thanks again Kelly!

ZillowVERIFIED We've known Kelly as a friend for quite a while, but we just recently signed her up to sell our parent's home. She was very thorough in explaining the process to us. She priced the home in the proper price for the neighborhood, and we had several offers the day after we put it on the market. Throughout the process of the sale, she kept us informed with updates. We are very satisfied with the job she did.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about Kelly and the work that she did for us. My wife and I were first time home buyers and very unfamiliar with the process. Kelly was very patient with us and our ever-changing idea of what our ideal house/area would be. She made herself available at any time of the day to talk or show us houses and always gave us her honest opinions. At no point in the process did we ever feel like Kelly was trying to "sell us something", but rather guide and inform us to make the best decision. Through the negotiation process, Kelly was reasonable and knowledgeable about what a house was worth. Again, she did not tell us what to do, but rather provided us with the information we needed to come to our own decisions. She supported us when we were outbid on the first house we put an offer in on and eventually it led to us finding our dream home. I can only speak from the stand point of a first time home buyer, but I can assure you that Kelly will do everything in her power to help you get your dream home regardless of your situation. You won't be disappointed with her work

ZillowVERIFIED We don't move often so the prospect of selling our home and finding another was a daunting task. Kelly was able to explain the process, provide advise at each step of the process and help us talk through important decisions. Working with Kelly gave us an edge in the real estate market as she understands all the neighborhoods, has contacts and resources and is available by phone, email or text. We were amazed the depth of her knowledge of the housing and the area. We were also appreciative of her making herself available and promptly communicating with us when we had questions or concerns. If your looking for someone to partner with in the realty market Kelly is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my home with Kelly after being listed for a year with a different realtor with very little activity. Kelly's knowledge, advice, excitement and encouragement in preparing to put the house on the market was outstanding. I had more activity and showings in the two months prior to a offer than I had the entire year with the previous realtor. Kelly was always available at anytime to answer any question and or concerns. Kelly made the transition from selling my home to finding a home to rent, peacefully and smooth. Kelly's care and concern was evident from beginning to end. You can't go wrong using Kelly as your realtor!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was first and foremost available and responsive. Our buying experience was a longer process and Kelly was there every step of the way. She was transparent in the way she worked and helped walk us through the processes involved with Illinois Real Estate transactions. We were moving from out of state and Kelly not only recommended houses for us to see, she re-arranged her schedule to fit ours when we were in the area. Her knowledge and experience guided us through the process and, when we finally found our house, her negotiation skills were quite evident. I am completely comfortable recommending Kelly and am confident she can help!
